The company, along with its subsidiaries, specializes in the development of high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects.[2]

Established in 2010, Oxley Holdings Limited has its headquarters situated in Singapore. It is listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST (SGX: 5UX). Mr. Ching Chiat Kwong (“Mr. Ching”) is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oxley Holdings Limited.[3][4]
