Submission declined on 2 September 2023 by Ca (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: A charitable person, however the biographical details about him is quite sparse. Most of the sources only give small doses of coverage to Coyl, and repeats the same info. Interviews are not independent sources. The two best sources here in my opinion is this and this, but they pretty much says the same thing: he was promoted into a director, and some basic biographical details.
