Ramneek Wayne..[1], originally[2] from India, migrated to New Zealand in 2010 as a young adult. His early journey, including challenges as an immigrant, has played a significant role in shaping his career and outlook on entrepreneurship.[3]. Wayne's experiences are documented in his forthcoming autobiography[4], The Illegal Immigrant[5], which details his journey and struggles upon arriving in New Zealand.

Tee Care Agency

In 2022, Ramneek Wayne[7] founded Tee Care Agency[8], a Melbourne-based organization dedicated to providing essential services to individuals living with disabilities. Tee Care Agency[9] was born out of Wayne’s observations of gaps in the sector, particularly around proper support and access for those with disabilities.

North Foundation[10]

In 2024, Wayne[11] launched the North Foundation[12], which has quickly established itself in the sector. Notably, the organization[13] has been recognized as a finalist for the 'Most Outstanding Support Worker[14]' category at the Australian Disability Service Awards.
