Resthaven Memory Gardens is a for-profit cemetery located in Avon, Ohio. It is owned and operated by Everstory Partners, formerly StoneMor Inc., which is a large corporation holding many cemeteries and funeral homes. Resthaven Memory Gardens offers both at-need and pre-need cemetery services.[1] The cemetery has frequently been the subject of complaints related to large-scale and unmitigated flooding, a lack of proper maintenance, and other issues.[2]
