Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Script Studio® is a professional screenwriting software application for the story planning and writing of screenplays, teleplays, novels and stage plays.
History[edit]
In 2004, produced British screenwriter and award-winning director Dan Bronzite developed and released Movie Outline software through his tech company Nuvotech Limited.
It was initially simply a tool for step outlining movie screenplays but in 2007 in its Version 3 release, additional screenplay development features were added including the ability for users to professionally format a screenplay to industry standard guidelines within the application.[1]
In 2017 the software was redeveloped by Nuvotech and rebranded as "Script Studio".[2]
Features[edit]
Script Studio includes industry standard script formatting, character development and story structuring tools but is probably most notable for its integrated step-outlining which allows users to break stories down into key events (also known as beats or sequences) that are formed of one or more screenplay scenes.[3]
Awards[edit]
In 2019 Script Studio won the Xojo Design Award for "Best Vertical Market App".[4]
Screenwriting Contest[edit]
In 2022 Script Studio launched its inaugural screenwriting contest.[5]
