Sebastian Charles Stephens (born 1968) is an English/Swiss/Antiguan entrepreneur.

Sebastian is the founder of Seafields, one of the largest carbon removal projects in the world with a plan to sequester 1GT per year by 2032 by using Sargassum Seaweed. He is also the founder of JustCarbon, a platform dedicated to providing finance and support for early-stage carbon removal projects, with a focus on the Blue carbon space and highly scalable carbon removal projects, utilising blockchain technology to enable transparency and traceability.

In the 90s, Sebastian founded the largest private internet company in Europe (Wisper Bandwidth PLC), which spanned across 18 countries, breaking monopolies in many. The network was acquired by Cable & Wireless in 1999.

In the Caribbean, Sebastian built a $180M fiber optic cable, "Southern Caribbean Fibre," spanning 13 islands, once again breaking monopolies. This venture was eventually acquired by Digicel in 2012.

Sebastian then became one of the largest undersea communication cable owners globally, founding Subsea Environmental Services, which removes out-of-service cables from the oceans for recycling.

His current passion is the restoration of an olive farm in Spain.
