Sri Vaishno Lahari Vishnuhatla called as Sri is an Indian musician, active since 2020.
Born in Vijayawada, south of India in 2011, Sri learned to play the Violine at the age of 9 and played this instrument since the age of 11 in various local concerts. At the age of 12, she started learning Indian classical music. Sri moved to Austria along with her parents since 2019.
Sri Vishnubhatla cites Violinist Mr. Andreas Kauffmann as an early musical influence.[1]
Sri started as violine student in Music school Wattens in 2021. Since then she had a chance to learn from 3 violine teachers. Since 2023 Sri is learning Violine from Tabea Nicolussi[2]. Along with western classical, Sri is interested in Indian karnatic music. Sri is learning with dedication violine also the Indian karnatic music under the guidance of Shri Tirupati Seshubabu garu.
Sri was awarded – 1st place with WOW effect on 05.07.2023 in Musikschule Wattens, Tirol Austria for performing in Preisträgerkonzert mit Publikumspreis 2023[3] - Concertino in A-Minor Alberto Curci[4].
Since Summer 2023 Sri is part of String Orchestra Fiddlefuns
Sri’s interest lies in fusion of western classical and Indian classical. Sri is excited to be part of as many concerts possible.
