Teamnet is a Romanian systems integrator and developer, founded in 2001 by Sebastian Ghiță, Bogdan Padiu [1], George Stan, Bogdan Nedelcu and Ovidiu Trașcu. Initially, Sebastian Ghiță was the financier and majority shareholder, but during the period from 2001 to 2011, his involvement was gradually reduced. In 2012, Sebastian Ghiță entered politics, leaving the Teamnet shareholding to the other founders: Bogdan Padiu [2], George Stan, Bogdan Nedelcu and Ovidiu Trașcu. The company experienced very rapid development until 2016. The company specializes in software integration and development services, IT consulting, as well as complex engineering services, cloud sourcing solutions, and medical IT solutions for the public sector and private enterprises. In recent years, in addition to its offices in Romania, Teamnet has also opened offices in Brussels, Chişinău, Belgrade, Istanbul, and Zagreb, adopting an international expansion strategy.
