Terrence Keeley is an American financier, author, commentator, and the chairman and CEO of the Impact Evaluation Lab.[1]

Biography

Keeley holds bachelor's degree in philosophy & public policy from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in Modern History and Economics from the University of Oxford.[2][3][4]  

Keeley has more than three decades of experience in advising domestic and international financial institutions.[5] He was managing director, Global Head of the Official Institutions Group and Head of the Educational Academy at BlackRock, Inc.[6][7][8]

He is also the founding director of the Financial Hippocratic Oath movement. He served as the Senior Managing Principal of Sovereign Trends, LLC, an advisory firm for and about official institutions, and as a senior managing director at UBS Investment Bank. He was also a consultant to Pope Francis’ financial reform commission, focused on the Vatican bank.[9][10][11]

He published Sustainable: Moving Beyond ESG to Impact Investing.[12]
