Tie Up Michelle is a alternative pop band that formed in Boulder, Colorado 1991. Known for our guitar/synth house sound and uptempo beats, we have been making dance floor tunes that keep you moving all night long. Our music is a fusion of New Wave with a touch of Grunge, creating a distinctive and unforgettable sonic experience. Tie Up Michelle was formed when Todd Benson and Micah Loring came together with a shared passion for alternative dance music. They started off with two 4-track basement recordings and proceeded to make music for the following decades. Our discography includes 1 EP album, and a list of 9 new singles, each representing a different facet of our musical evolution.
