Wake Load Index (WLI) is an important index indicating if you are getting enough sleep. High values mean an extra load on your health; at the same time, low values mean prostration. Permanently negative values of the WLI mean an ailing state and problems with the health. WLI is calculated by discovered by Dmitriy Primochenko formula as:
WLI = (Wake Time - Sleep Time) / (Wake Time + Sleep Time) * 100%[1]
