William H. Swiggart (October 12, 1888 – October 30, 1966) was a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1926 to 1934.
elected 1926, 1934; resigned 1934, to accept position as general counsel of North Carolina and St. Louis Railway; born in Union City, Tennessee; assistant state attorney general, 1914 to 1926; trustee, Vanderbilt University[1]
