[fixed] Why is this in Template space?

This looks like an article, but it has been created in Template space. It seems like something that should have been created at Cerebral organoid/sandbox or in someone's userspace sandbox, if your goal is to expand the existing article.

I've taken the liberty of moving this version to Draft: space. I'd consider deleting it, except it does contain the edit history which wikipedia generally should try to preserve. If someone wants to use the draft space associated with the article for some other purpose (a proposed major revision or whatever) they can just overwrite the present contents since it's only here for the history anyway.
