Aside from being a statutory chair (there are so few of these in Oxford --- about 200 among thousands of world-famous faculty, see the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Statutory_Professors_of_the_University_of_Oxford ), I have included the source from the Spectator.
