Dughayi Rural District (Persian: دهستان دوغائي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 13,180, in 3,297 families.[1] The rural district has 47 villages.
