Dunnegan is an unincorporated community in Polk County, Missouri, United States. It is located on Route 123 about five miles (8 km) north of Fair Play and mid-way to Humansville.

Dunnegan is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.

History

Dunnegan was named for Judge T. H. B. Dunnegan at the time the railroad was extended to that point.[1]
