The Dzierzgoń (Polish pronunciation: [ˈd͡ʑɛʒɡɔɲ]; German: Sorge) is a river in Northern Poland.

It starts west of Morąg in the Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship and empties into Lake Drużno south of Elbląg.

The town of Dzierzgoń lies on the river.
