Edgaras Česnauskis (born 5 February 1984 in Kuršėnai) is a Lithuanian football striker who last played for Russian club FC Rostov. In March 2006 Česnauskis signed a three-year deal with Saturn Ramenskoe. At FC Dynamo Kyiv from 2003 to 2005 he received limited playing time.

Česnauskis, who is a Lithuania national football team player, started his career in 2001 playing for his hometown team FK Ekranas.
