Elva is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southwest of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 114 and an area of 26.5 square kilometres (10.2 sq mi).[3]

Elva borders the following municipalities: Bellino, Casteldelfino, Prazzo, Sampeyre, and Stroppo.
