Epicrates striatus, known commonly as the Hispaniolan boa, is a species of snake in the Boidae family.[1] It is endemic to the West Indies.

Geographic range

Epicrates striatus is found in The Bahamas, the Bimini Islands, and on Hispaniola.

Subspecies

Head

Eight subspecies are recognized including the nominate race.
