In post-nuclear Alaska, a fascist group ("The Ownership") battles rebels in hopes of possessing a massive weapon—the "Equalizer 2000" of the title. The Ownership is led by the captain, Neil Desai, who is played by David Da Silva Krul. The two are in fact friends in real life.
