Even Now is a full-length album by country music singer Conway Twitty. It was released in 1991 on MCA Records, and includes the hits "She's Got A Man On Her Mind" and "Who Did They Think He Was". This was the final album Conway would see released in his lifetime.

"She's Got a Man on Her Mind" was previously a single for co-writer Curtis Wright in 1990 for an album that was never released.
