Exeter is an Amtrak train station in Exeter, New Hampshire. The station is a sheltered platform that replaced a station built in 1891.[clarification needed]

The station is served five times daily by Amtrak's Downeaster service. On average, 250 passengers board or detrain daily, making it the busiest stop in New Hampshire.[1]

The station is located next to the Pan Am Railways mainline, formerly the Western Route mainline of the Boston & Maine Railroad.
