"FAZZT Race Team" is an auto racing team that competes in the IZOD IndyCar Series, with headquarters based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

The "FAZZT Race Team" was initially formed in July 2009 as a partnership between Montreal entrepreneur Andre Azzi, Canadian race car driver Alex Tagliani, and former Kelley Racing co-owner Jim Freudenberg, creating the acronym FAZZT with the founding owners names Freudenberg, Azzi, Tagliani.

The team fields a full-time [[IndyCar Series| IZOD IndyCar Series] team that made its debut at the 2010 season opening event in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The team has four Dallara chassis and has Canadian Alex Tagliani as the driver of the #77 entry. Rob Edwards is the Chief Operating Officer and team General Manager. On August 28th, 2009, the team first announced that Azzi Race Division, ATG, and Rubicon Sports Agency would be fielding a full-time IZOD IndyCar Series team beginning in 2010. The combined group purchased all the equipment of Roth Racing including four Dallara chassis and signed driver Alex Tagliani to a four-year contract with an option for a fifth year. Walker Racing veteran Rob Edwards was named team manager with Andre Azzi as CEO and Jim Freudenberg as COO. The team's race shop is based in Indianapolis with plans for an additional R&D facility and offices to be located in Montreal.

During the 2010 IndyCar Series season, the FAZZT Race Team also ran a second entry for the 2010 Indianapolis 500 with driver Bruno Junqueira, who qualified the #33 car for a 25th spot on the starting grid and was credited with a 32nd place finish.
