FCSB II (Romanian pronunciation: [fet͡ʃeseˌbe] ), short for Fotbal Club Steaua II București (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈste̯awa bukuˈreʃtʲ] ) and colloquially known as simply Steaua II ,[ nb 1] is a Romanian professional football club from Bucharest , Romania . The team was founded in 2004, dissolved in 2011 and refounded in 2016.[ 1] It is the reserve team of Steaua București .

^ Although the club is considered to hold the real Steaua identity, including honours, name and colours, on 30 March 2017 it was decided to change the name of the society from "SC Fotbal Club Steaua București SA" to "SC Fotbal Club FCSB SA", following the trademark dispute with CSA Steaua București / Romanian Army .
