Farm to Market Road 2750, or FM 2750, in eastern Texas (USA), runs about 2.79 miles (4.49 km) from an intersection with FM 2064 northwest of New Summerfield, east to an intersection with SH 110.

FM 2750 has no local street names. Rural for all its length, the landscape along the road includes rolling hills of alternating open pastures and trees. The entire road has 2 lanes and no shoulders. All of FM 2750 is in north-northeast Cherokee County.

The road was commissioned in 1962, though it is unclear as to when FM 2750 was completed. The road serves no towns other than a small community, Blackjack, at its eastern terminus. The road connects the rural area to 2 other roads: FM 2064, which leads southwest to Tecula (northeast of Jacksonville) and northeast to just south of Troup; and TX 110, which goes north to Troup and south to New Summerfield. Otherwise, FM 2750 only intersects with local county roads.

Impact from future lake

Plans have been in the works for many years for a new lake, Lake Columbia,[2] to be built along Mud Creek, a branch of which FM 2750 crosses. In advance of construction, a new Minute Order was commissioned in 2005, to reduce the mileage of FM 2750 to 2.4 miles (3.9 km). This change will affect the western end of the road, and its intersection with FM 2064, which will no longer connect to FM 2750 after Lake Columbia is built. Construction on the lake has not yet commenced, so signage and length of the road has not yet changed to reflect the 2005 Order.[1]

Major intersections

The entire route is in Cherokee County.
