Career

McKeever first rose to prominence in 2006 playing Donna Marie in the spin-off series Hollyoaks: In The City.[4] This was McKeever's first major television role. In 2008, she landed a role as Lou in Torn Up Tales which first aired on 2 June 2008 on BBC Three.[5] Later on in 2008, McKeever played the role, Marie, in Massive on BBC Three again in September and October.[citation needed] This was her biggest role yet. Whilst on the set, she was acting with Carl Rice, Lorraine Cheshire and Beverly Rudd, all actors on the cast of Trollied.[citation needed] In 2009, she appeared on ITV's Unforgiven as Hannah Whelan, not to be confused with London 2012 gymnast Hannah Whelan.[citation needed] She then featured in the 6th episode of Season 3 of The Street, playing Hannah.[4] She was Susan in the 8th episode of the 7th season of Shameless (U.K TV series). McKeever's first appearance in 2011 came on Sky 1's Mount Pleasant (TV series) as a checkout girl. Later, she was Linda on the Sky 1 series Trollied, mentioned below.

Trollied

Amongst McKeever's ever-growing filmography, Trollied is arguably her most notable and distinguishable works.[6] Trollied is a British sitcom set in a fictional supermarket named Valco. It has aired on Sky 1 since 2011.[7] McKeever portrays Linda Stubbings, who works on Customer Service in the store, alongside fellow employee Sue (portrayed by Lorraine Cheshire). They regularly joke around and don't get on with their work. McKeever has appeared in 50 of the 52 episodes, the most of any cast member on the show.[7]
