Besides, these sets contain unique (and undoubtably protected) creative expression, so there is almost certainly no free image that would portray all of the Jeopardy! sets at the same time. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent the production company's image, or would fail the intended purpose of identification or commentary. |
