A note on the history of this image: It was scanned by myself from an early business card (from his position as International Commissioner of the Scout Association of New Zealand) for want of a better photo while researching him in 2008-9 as part of research into the St Matthews LLO Scout Group in Christchurch, New Zealand of which he was heavily involved. It was the only decent photo of him I could find. Interestingly it was removed (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload?wpDestFile=AWVR.jpg) - someone must have rescued it for use elsewhere, and Kintetsubuffalo found and successfully reinstated it on Arthur Reeve's page.
