Possible public domain?

When I uploaded the image, I resorted to "better safe than sorry" and used the fair use rationale. Is it possible this logo would fall under Commons:Template:PD-anon-70-EU (and Commons:Template:PD-anon-expired) as there is no known author? – Elisson • T • C • 19:10, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

It is PD in the US since it was used in 1919. I'm not familiar with EU copyright, so I'd ask about it at WP:MCQ or c:COM:VP/C if you want to move it to Commons. (I am not watching this page, so please ping me if you want my attention.) — JJMC89 (T·C) 01:54, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
