I believe that the image has been reversed from the original. The image that I see on the dust jacket of "Nobody Lives Forever" shows the author with his right hand pointing to his temple. Also, the zipper flap of his shirt, in the image here, is on the right-hand side, something uncommonly found in apparel for men.
