Finland women's national bandy team represented Finland in the Women's Bandy World Championship. It is controlled by Finland's Bandy Association.

The first international friendly competition between women's national teams was played in Kemi in 1980, where Sweden beat Finland by 14-3.[1]

The team has participated in all World Championships for women since the first tournament in 2004, where Finland was the host country. As of 2013, the team has won three bronze medals. Finland was once again the host for the 2014 Women's Bandy World Championship.
