Finlandia-hiihto (Template:Lang-sv) is a long-distance cross-country skiing competition, held annually in Finland in February. Initially, the track stretched from Hämeenlinna to Lahti. Since the route went across several frozen lakes, and since the ice quality varied from year to year, the competition has moved to a location near Lahti. The event debuted in 1974[1] and is part of the Worldloppet series, which was founded in 1978 in Uppsala, since Worldloppet was founded.
