"Fool's Gold" is a single by American pop musician Aaron Carter.[7] It was released on April 1, 2016. Considered to be a comeback single,[8] the song is set to be on Carter's fifth studio album, LØVË.[9][10]

Music video

A music video for the single was released on April 1, 2016, which was co-directed by Carter and Jon Asher.[11][12] The video debuted on Billboard on April Fool's Day 2016 with widespread media attention following.[13]

Promotion

Carter began to tease the single in November 2015 via Twitter.[14] On November 24, 2015, Carter previewed a sample of a single via Billboard.[15]
