Frieke Buys (1970)

Johanna Friederike ("Frieke") Buys (born June 7, 1954 in Vlaardingen, Zuid-Holland) is a retired butterfly swimmer from the Netherlands, who represented her native country at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany. There she was eliminated in the semi finals of the women's 100m butterfly, and in the heats of the women's 200m butterfly. With the 4 × 100 m medley relay team she ended up in fifth place, clocking 4:29.99.
