Gabe Holmes (born March 29, 1991) is an American football tight end for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He was originally signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2015. He played college football at Purdue.

Professional career

After going undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft, Holmes signed with the Oakland Raiders on May 8, 2015.[1] On September 15, 2015, he was waived by the Raiders. On September 17, 2015, the Raiders re-signed Holmes to the practice squad. On November 13, Holmes was elevated to the active roster. On August 29, 2016, he was placed on injured reserve.[2]
