Gaisano Malls is a chain of shopping malls under the DSG Sons Group.

History

The history of Gaisano Malls traces to the previous endeavour of the Gaisano family which was the establishment of the White Gold Super Store in Cebu City in the 1970s by Doña Modesta Gaisano, which is considered as the predecessor of the Gaisano Malls. After the death of Gaisano matriarch in 1981, the business was divided among her sons David, Stephen, Henry, Victor, and John, leading to the establishment of five independent companies for each of the brothers.[1]
