George Burlingame was a college football player and coach.
University of Virginia
He was a prominent guard and center for the Virginia Cavaliers football team of the University of Virginia.[1] Burlingame was selected All-Southern in 1895.[2]
Coaching career
Johns Hopkins
He is the first coach in the history of Johns Hopkins University.[3][4]
