Ghulam Bibi Bharwana (Template:Lang-ur) (born May 5, 1977, in Satiana, Jhang[1]) is a Pakistani female politician.[2] Since the 2002 General Elections, she has thrice been elected as Member of National Assembly of Pakistan [3]

Early life

She graduated from the Lahore College for Women University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is the granddaughter of politician of Jhang, Mehr Ghulam Haider Bharwana.

Political career

She was first elected MNA on the PML-Q ticket in the constituency of NA-87, in the Bhawana area, in 2002.[4] Her second term was in the same constituency. She was elected for the third time in Pakistani general election, 2013 from NA-88(Jhang-Cum-Chiniot (Old NA-87 Jhang-II)) on PML-N ticket. [5]

Status in National Assembly

She has served in the committee on Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs, the committee on Education, and the committee on Petroleum and Natural Resources.[6]
