Alexander Gabriel Quezada (born August 29, 2003), professionally known as Glokk40Spaz (Pronounced Glock40Spaz, Stylized as Glokk40Spaz), is an American rapper from Decatur, Georgia, currently signed to Columbia Records.[1]Glokk40Spaz is mostly known in the underground rap scene where he creates music under genres, Southern Hip Hop, Gangsta Rap, Trap, Dark Plugg, PluggnB, and Plugg.[2]

Quezada began his career on Soundcloud and YouTube under his Co-Created label EBG Records; standing for Everyday Band Gang. Going under the alias "Lil Glokk 40", Quezada uploaded his first two songs; Glokkin' and Die 4 Mine. Quezada wouldn't start seeing any growth until he released his first project "Don't Get Took Off" in June of 2019. Being hosted by Trap Daily, whom of which would host most of Quezada's early music.[citation needed]

Quezada would finally get the buzz he'd been looking for when he released the music video for his song, "Home Alone", this would garner Quezada a small following, and he would capitalize off this by releasing his second project, "Don't Get Took Off 2"[citation needed]

On July 2nd of 2021, Quezada's music career would be put on pause, after he was a suspect in a Vehicle Hi-Jacking, along with two other men. Although Quezada claims he hadn't done anything, he would still be arrested and booked into Cherokee county jail. Quezada would under go major changes during his time incarcerated and would find himself associated with a known gang in Atlanta; "Good Fellas" Quezada would eventually go on to claim this as his gang, and continuously mention the gang in most of his songs. He would also hear about the news of his half sister's death, Kyra Scott, whilst in prison. This event would go on to truly affect Quezada and he would later experience depression because of this.

Quezada would eventually be released from prison in March of 2022, and would release his first music video after being released from prison, titled; "2 Love 2 Da Mob". During this short time, Quezada would then go on to release some of his most popular songs; “BE RIGHT BACK” , “Remember Me” , “Bad Man” and “I Choose Violence” [citation needed]

On June 29th, 2022, Quezada would be arrested again, whilst out on bond and house arrest, on Armed Robbery charges. In August 2024, he was sentenced to 8 years of probation. However, since Quezada spent 2 years in jail awaiting trial, he got credit for time served, meaning he would only have 6 years on probation. On August 28th, 2024, Quezada was transferred to Fulton County Jail for another robbery charge. [citation needed]

Quezada would go on to close a deal with Columbia Records while in prison, and would go on to release multiple singles and albums with them.[citation needed]
