Graffignana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 km (25 mi) southeast of Milan and about 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Lodi. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,615 and an area of 10.7 km2 (4.1 sq mi).[3]

Graffignana borders the following municipalities: Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, Villanova del Sillaro, Borghetto Lodigiano, San Colombano al Lambro, Miradolo Terme.
