Greatest Disney TV & Film Hits is a greatest hits EP of Disney songs performed by Christy Carlson Romano. The EP primarily contains Romano's songs previously included on various Disney soundtracks and compilations. To date, it is the first and only album recording released by Romano.

"Dive In" is the only original song made specifically for the EP along with "Could It Be", which was later used for Kim Possible Movie: So the Drama. Romano's cover of "Colors of the Wind" was first released on the EP before it was included in Disneymania 3.
