Greatham railway station served the village of Greatham, County Durham, England from 1841 to 1991 on the Durham Coast Line.
History
The station opened in 1841 by the Stockton and Hartlepool Railway. The station was situated north of Billingham and south of Seaton Carew station. The station survived the Beeching Axe but was later downgraded to an unstaffed halt. The station closed to both passengers and goods traffic on 24 November 1991.[1][2]
