Green Springs Elementary School (often shortened to Green Springs Elementary) is an elementary school in Green Springs, Ohio, United States. Green Springs Elementary is part of the school district Clyde-Green Springs Schools.
History
A school in proximity to the current Green Springs Elementary burnt down in the late 1800s, and was rebuilt in 1939. The 1939 school was later demolished, and the current elementary school was built in 2010.[1][2]
Technology
Students at Green Springs Elementary receive their own Chromebook laptops for use during the school year. The provision of Chromebook laptops to the students in this school and other schools in the district began during the 2014-2015 school year.[3] The school board and the federal government has funded and continues to fund for the provision and maintenance of these laptops.[4]
Architecture and design
Green Springs Elementary is two stories high. There is a playground behind the school with swings, monkey bars, and a slide.[5]
