Guarda Veneta is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region of Veneto, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Venice and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Rovigo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,151 and an area of 17.3 square kilometres (6.7 sq mi).[3]

The municipality of Guarda Veneta contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Borgo Moia, Case Zuecca, La Roccata, and Quarti.

Guarda Veneta borders the following municipalities: Bosaro, Crespino, Polesella, Pontecchio Polesine, Ro.
