Gustav Ludwig Theodor von der Heyde (1836–1891) was a 19th-century Member of Parliament in Auckland, New Zealand.

He represented the Waitemata electorate in 1874 (from 28 July to 21 August) when he was unseated on a petition, and then from 8 September 1874 to 6 December 1875, when he retired.[1]

He was a member of the Auckland City Council from 1875 to 1877. He was a consul for Germany.[2]
