Herbert Ward Page was the seventh head football coach for Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and he held that position for the 1902 season. His overall coaching record at Washburn was 3 wins, 4 losses, and 0 ties. This ranks him 30th at Washburn in terms of total wins and 21st at Washburn in terms of winning percentage.[1]

He died at his home in Kansas in 1949. He had practiced law in the Topeka area for around 50 years.[2]
