Henk-Jan Zwolle (born November 30, 1964 in Enschede, Overijssel) is a former rower from the Netherlands and two-time Olympic medallist. He competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988.[1]

Zwolle won the bronze medal in the men's double sculls at the 1992 Summer Olympics, alongside Nico Rienks. At the 1996 Summer Olympics, he claimed the gold medal in the men's eight with coxswain event with the Holland Acht (Holland Eight).
