High Point Place is a high-rise condominium located in Fort Myers, Florida. It was constructed in 2007 and is the tallest building in Fort Myers, south of Tampa, and west of Miami in general.[2]

History[edit]

Groundbreaking took place in 2005. The Carlyle Group oversaw the construction and design of the building along with Cameratta Properties.[2] It was completed in 2007 with 33 stories.[3] With a distinct height, it stands at 367 feet (112 m).[4] It is located in downtown Fort Myers along the coast of the Caloosahatchee River. The condominium units have sold for millions of dollars causing some complaints as well as the HOA fees.[5]
