P.D. Hinduja Hospital is a multi-specialty, tertiary-care boutique hospital located in Khar, Mumbai, India, owned and operated by London-based Hinduja Group through Hinduja Healthcare Limited, which also operates Hinduja Hospital. Its chief executive officer is Gautam Khanna.[1]
It has plans to expand its nationwide capacity to 5,000 beds,[2][3][4] besides setting up radiology and pathology diagnostic centres, emergency ambulance services and pharmacy retail outlets across India.[5]
It has a strategic partnership with King's College London, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust to advance training, education and research in India and the UK.[6][7][8][9] It is also working with the Biomedical Engineering and Technology (incubation) Centre (BETiC) of IIT Bombay to co-develop and commercialise biomedical devices.[10]
